Bicep + Tricep Strength Dumbbell Workout

We are always looking for great workouts to get stronger and more lean in our upper body!

Then, check this workout out and try our Strength Program and transform your body!

These workouts are so effective to help you tone up and build muscle!

For this workout below, just grab a pair of dumbbells, a bench, and you are ready to go!

When using weights, we always recommend finding a weight that is both challenging yet you can keep perfect form throughout!

 

Complete 3 sets of 8-10 reps on each circuit before moving on to the next circuit.

Circuit 1:
Dumbbell Alternating Bicep Curls
Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension

Circuit 2:
DUMBBELL Alternating Reverse Curls
Dips with Extended Legs
Add a short 8-10 minute HIIT finisher to the end of this workout!
