I eat dessert just about every night. Most nights, I’ll enjoy some dark chocolate while other nights I’ll do something more “fancy” like the Chocolate Raspberry Dessert below…
I like to enjoy this on either a lower or higher carb day, and let me warn you…

Chocolate Raspberry Dessert
(instructions and ingredients are below the video)
Ingredients:
-1 rice cake
-2 tablespoons greek yogurt
-a handful of frozen raspberries
-handful of dark chocolate chips
-sprinkle of cocoa powder
Instruction:
Spread greek yogurt on top of rice cake. Add frozen raspberries, a handful of chocolate chips and top to cocoa powder.
Enjoy on a either a lower or higher carb day!
