Dirty Dozen – Foods That Contain The Most Pesticides

Over the past several years, more and more studies have come out about pesticides and food.

And what many people don’t know, is that many of the most healthy food in the world is being contaminated with pesticides.

Each year, the Environmental Working Group makes a list of foods that makes their “dirty dozen” list, which covers the 12 foods that have the most pesticides on them…

I saw the list and thought it was important to share…

The solution is to buy locally grown, organic produce from the grocery store or farmers market.
