Maple Peanut Butter Protein Shake

I love a good protein shake. And today, we will be showing you how to make our delicious Maple Peanut Butter Protein Shake!

In this recipe, we are using No Bull Protein Powder, which only has one ingredient – whey protein isolate!

We like it because it doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners or additives, so you know exactly what you’re putting in your body!

Here’s the recipe:

Maple Peanut Butter Protein Shake

-1/2 cup plain kefir
-1 tablespoon peanut butter
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
-1 scoop BCAAs
-1 scoop No Bull Whey Protein Isolate
-1 cup of ice

Blend together and enjoy!
