Monday’s Low Carb Breakfast

With tomorrow being Monday, it’s extra important to get started the right way.

For me, this means getting up early to read, relax, and stretch.

Followed by some coffee and greens, then a low carb breakfast. And…

Almost every Monday for the last few weeks, I start the week off with the same meal:

Tomorrow’s Low Carb Breakfast

-3 eggs
-sautéed spinach
-avocado
-sprinkle of cheese

You see, a lower carb day really helps your body reset after a weekend.

It just helps you get back on track and feeling really really good. And…
