We get asked all the time what our workout schedule REALLY looks like.
Many people think they need to work hours in the gym to get their ideal body.
And here is the truth… You don’t need to spend hours in the gym!
The key is to have a well-programmed plan, push yourself in the workout, and also make sure to have rest days so your muscles and body can recover!
Both Dennis and I have tried all sorts of workouts to reach our goals. But, after many trial and error attempts and testing of different programs, we have found the best workout schedule that is quick, effective, fun, and helps us reach out goals!
This is what we have found:
Strength training + HIIT-workouts are what yield the GREATEST results in the least amount of time!
So, we do 3 workouts a week that are “Strength Days” with more weight lifting and finishing with a short HIIT workout. On the other two days, we do 2 workouts/week that are “Longer HIIT Days” in which you will be including more high intensity and bodyweight movements to round out your training
We have been working on something VERY special for all our HIITBURN followers.
After many months of putting it together, we are launching our first ever STRENGTH PROGRAM that has our exact workout plan that we follow in it!
