Equipment needed: A pair of dumbbells and a bench. For the dumbbells, we recommend finding a weight that is both challenging yet you can keep perfect form!
Strength:
Complete 20-seconds on each of the following exercises, with no rest in-between movements.
Rest for 1-minute after completing all movements before repeating for the next round.
Complete 4 total rounds.
Dumbbell Overhead Press
Dumbbell Single Arm Press (right arm)
Dumbbell Single Arm Press (left arm)
Incline Push Ups
Rest for 1-minute then repeat.
Then….move into the HIIT Finisher
HIIT:
Complete 30-seconds on, 15-seconds off of the following movements. Complete 3 total rounds.
Reach Through Push Ups
Outside Mountain Climbers
Dumbbell Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension (right arm)
Dumbbell Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension (left arm)
