We LOVE Avocados! So, we made this delicious recipe that is packed with protein and healthy fats!
It looks great and is delicious and healthy!

Ingredients:
-One Avocado
-Cooked Ground Beef
-Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
-Salt & Pepper
-Shredded Cheese
-Green Onions
Instructions:
-Half and pit an avocado
-Scoop out a little extra of the avocado to create to holes to stuff in the avocado
-The, fill avocado holes with cooked ground beef (feel free to substitute for ground turkey if you prefer)
-Place one tablespoon of unsweetened greek yogurt in a bowl
-Add salt and pepper to taste into the bowl and mix well
-Add mixture to top of beef in the avocado
-Top with shredded cheese
-Cut up some green onions and add to top of avocado halves
