Here is one of our favorite rice cake snack recipes that we recommend for low carb days!
It is refreshing, delicious, will feed your sweet tooth, and the best part….you can make it so quickly!

Chocolate Raspberry Rice Cakes:
Ingredients:
1 rice cake
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
A handful of frozen raspberries
A handful of dark chocolate chips
A sprinkle of cocoa powder.
Instruction:
Spread greek yogurt on top of rice cake.
Add frozen raspberries, a handful of chocolate chips and top to cocoa powder.
Enjoy on a either a lower or higher carb day!
Did you know: Raspberries are full of fiber and antioxidants! They are also lower in carbs as compared to most other fruits and therefore we love including them on lower carb days!
