Ingredients:
2 to 3 pounds of grass fed marrow bones (or ANY grass fed bones)
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
1/2 red onion
1 garlic bulb
A sprinkle of sea salt
Water
Instructions:
Add bone marrow into the crockpot.
Chop carrots, celery and onions and add them into the crockpot.
Peel garlic, add whole cloves
Sprinkle in salt
Fill crockpot with enough water to cover everything and leave about an inch at the top.
Cook for 18-24 hours.
Strain broth from veggies and bones.
Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator or freezer.
