Ingredients:
½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup of dandelion greens
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ of an avocado
½ a green apple, chopped
½ cup of mixed frozen berries
Instructions:
Add coconut milk and celery stalks into a blender. Blend on high until well combined.
Add dandelion greens, lemon juice and avocado and blend.
Finally, add in green apple and berries and blend on high.
Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
Enjoy on a higher carb day!
*Note there will be some pulp. We like the pulp as we feel we are getting everything out of the vegetables that way. However, if it is too much, you can strain the pulp.
