This is a shoulder and bicep workout that will help sculpt your arms and really help build strength.
You will need a set of dumbbells and bar for chin ups.
Shoulder Boulder/Bicep Circuit

Complete 6-10 reps on each of the exercises. Do 3 total sets of the exercises resting for 1-minute between each set.
1) Side Shoulder Raises
2) Bicep Curls into Overhead Press
3) Chin Ups or Bodyweight Rows
Rest 1-minute and move back to the top…
