Complete 5 total rounds.
Dumbbell Overhead Press (30-seconds)
Dumbbell Side Shoulder Raises – (30-seconds)
Then….move into the HIIT Finisher
HIIT:
Complete 40-seconds on, 20-seconds off of the following movements. Complete 4 total rounds.
Shoulder Tap Push Ups
Dumbbell Thrusters
Squat Jacks
*Modifications:
Shoulder Tap Push Ups — Shoulder Taps (no Push Up)
Dumbbell Thrusters — Air Squats
