Here’s the workout: Complete the following exercises for 20-seconds on 10-seconds off and do 8 total rounds.
-Sit Throughs: 20-seconds
Rest 10-seconds
-Jump Lunges: 20-seconds
Rest 10-seconds
-Cross Body Mountain Climbers: 20-seconds
Rest 10-seconds
-Tuck Jumps: 20-seconds
Rest 10-seconds and move back to the top for one more round…
As you can see, just 4-minutes and you are DONE!
