What to Do When Hunger Hits!

Many diets and eating plans out there tell you that you have to starve yourself to reach your goals.

We actually teach the opposite!

We think you can eat a lot of great foods and still reach your goals!

You may be thinking, “That sounds too good to be true!”

Well, I am here to tell you more about our nutritional strategy and how we never teach to starve yourself but to listen to your hunger cues.

Here are three things we teach to help you reach your goals AND eat great food:

1) Eat real, One-Ingredient Foods!
-With all of our nutrition plans, we always recommend and teach to eat real, one-ingredient foods! This means you are avoiding processed foods that usually have additives and sugars in them. This will help to make sure you are getting the nutrients your body needs while avoiding the foods that do you no good!

2) Intuitive Eating and Listening to Your Hunger Cues!
-Here at HIITBURN, we recommending eating when you are hungry and until you are satisfied. This is also called intuitive eating! Listening to your hunger cues can take some time to learn, but once you are able to do so, we find it to be freeing! Oftentimes, we may eat out of boredom or stress or other reasons when really all we need is to drink some water, take a walk, or possibly even a nap! Learning to understand your body and what it needs is a really powerful thing!

3) Carb Cycling!
-We absolutely love carb cycling and have found so much success with it over the years for ourselves and our clients. Carb cycling is great because you can still eat lots of kinds of foods, yet still shred fat and build muscle throughout! The key is when you eat these certain foods.
