Why We Love HIIT Training!

We get asked all the time if someone needs to spend hours in the gym to see results.

Our answer is always NO! And that is truth!

We have found that you truly only need to workout 3-5 days a week for anywhere from 10-40 minutes to get awesome results!

For workouts, it is more about quality or quantity. That is also why we always teach to have perfect form when completing an exercise, rather then trying to get tons of repetitions with possibly bad form.

Something that really does matter in workouts is pushing yourself! It is within the point of where it is challenging and hard that breakthrough comes!

We have found this true in workouts, but also in life!

We design our workouts specifically to help you reach your goals.

We have a new program called HIITBURN METHOD  that is designed to help you find the best workouts for your body and goals!

So whether your goal is to do ten pull ups in a row, do your first pull up, or be able to chase your children or grandchildren around and enjoy life, we are here to help you on your health journey!
