When it comes to workouts, we are always looking for unique ways to change things up in order to burn more calories. And today, we’d like to share 5 exercises that will do just that.
Not only are they unique, they will help you burn A TON of calories each workout.

Dumbbell Burpees

As if burpees didn’t burn enough calories already, try adding in a pair of dumbbells to make them even more challenging!
Sit Throughs

The Sit Through is one exercise that doesn’t look like much, but is one that will hit your entire body and burn a lot of calories for you!
One-Arm Burpee

YES, another burpee exercise. The one-armed burpee is extremely challenging as it forces you to use your core even more. Make sure you keep those abs tight throughout!
180 Squat Jumps

Adding a little twist (literally) to the regular squat jump making it just a bit more challenging, will force you to burn more calories. This is a favorite of ours as it requires balance and coordination too!
Half Burpees

We had to throw in one final burpee exercise, right? What makes the half burpee challenging is the fact that you can get a lot of reps done in a short period of time!
