MEN: 95 pounds
WOMEN: 65 pounds
Barbell Deadlifts: 10 reps
Box Jumps or Squat Jumps: 9 reps
Pull-Ups or Bodyweight Rows: 8 reps
Squat Thrusters: 7 reps
