So the other day, I went to a new coffee shop in my area and had this breakfast salad that was just out of this world good! So…
I decided that I was going to need to recreate this and share it with you.
This was one of the most refreshing breakfasts I’ve had and it was just packed with protein, healthy fats, and of course some greens!
As you can see, it just looks delish and it was!
Ingredients:
-Soft Boiled Eggs
-Avocado
-Red Onion
-Radish
-Pistachios (which was such a nice touch)
-Black Sesame Seeds
-“Green Goddess Dressing”
Now, for the Green Goddess Dressing, I am not exactly sure how they made it. However, we are working on our own version and will update you once it’s finished!
In the meantime, a simple citrusy dressing (something with lemon in it) would work great. Even something as simple as olive oil, lemon, and some spices would make this taste delicious!
