Delicious Collagen Smoothie Bowl

I LOVE a good smoothie bowl. And, today I’ve got one that is loaded with protein, antioxidants, some great tasting carbs, and more!

Plus, this one includes Collagen Protein which is amazing for joints, tendons, ligaments, gut function, hair, skin, nails!

Delicious Collagen Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
-½ cup of frozen berries
-A handful ice
-½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
-A handful hemp seeds
-A handful of granola
-A handful of frozen berries

Instructions:

1) Add almond or coconut milk, protein powder, cauliflower rice, collagen peptides, frozen berries and ice into blender.

2) Blend until well combined.

3) Pour into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, granola and more frozen berries.

*Enjoy on a higher carb day!*
