Delicious Collagen Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
-½ cup of frozen berries
-A handful ice
-½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
-A handful hemp seeds
-A handful of granola
-A handful of frozen berries
Instructions:
1) Add almond or coconut milk, protein powder, cauliflower rice, collagen peptides, frozen berries and ice into blender.
2) Blend until well combined.
3) Pour into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, granola and more frozen berries.
*Enjoy on a higher carb day!*
