Labor Day Bodyweight Workout
Set your timer for 9-minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible on the exercises below in that time frame. Write down how many rounds you were able to complete. For each exercise, I’ve included an advanced option.
Bodyweight Squats: 15 reps

Pushups: 12 reps
[advanced option] => Explosive Pushups
Burpees: 9 reps
[advanced option] => Burpee With Tuck Jumps
