Oblique Crunches (right side): 20-seconds
Rest: 10-seconds
Oblique Crunches (left side): 20-seconds
Rest: 10-seconds
Alternating Oblique In-n-Outs: 20-seconds
Rest: 10-seconds
Side Plank Dips (right side): 20-seconds
Rest: 10-seconds
