Lots of people ask what our ACTUAL workout routine is.
So, we are happy to share it with all of you to give you an idea of what our regular workout routine looks like!
Our Workout Routine:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:
-Strength training + Short HIIT workout.
– We add a short HIIT workout as a “finisher”, right around 5-12 minutes long (often using workouts from our Instagram Page)
– Total workout is never more than 40-minutes and is usually closer to 30-35 minutes in length.
Tuesday and Thursday:
-Longer HIIT workout
– After a warm-up, we do a HIIT workout that lasts 10-20 minutes
2 complete days of rest each week.
Rest is important and we love to simply go for walks/hikes or do some light stretching on these days off. We take rest days seriously as it is super important to allow our bodies to recover well!
As you can see, you do not have to workout LONG in order for it to be effective!
