This is a great circuit for working on your arm strength and definition! All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a chair/box/bench for dips. You can repeat the 3-minute circuit up to 4x, depending on how long you want to make it.

10-seconds: Rest
20-seconds: Dumbbell Curls
10-seconds: Rest
20-seconds: Pushups
10-seconds: Rest
20-seconds: Dumbbell Overhead Press
10-seconds: Rest
20-seconds: Bench/Chair Dips
